Art in August | Contour Line & Expressive Mark Making Using Pen & Ink

Contour line drawings help artists to understand the mass, volume, and elevational shifts in the edges of 3D forms. In this class, we will explore various types of contour line drawings using instructor-provided images of birds as our subjects and Artist's Loft Illustration Pens as our medium. This class will also cover various types of mark making and line drawing techniques that can add personality and expressiveness to any drawing.
